Roasted Phool Makhana Recipe

Ingredients

  • Phool Makhana - 1 cup
  • Ghee -1 Tsp
  • Turmeric powder – A Pinch
  • Black Pepper powder – A Pinch

Instructions

  • Cut the makhana into small pieces (to check for worms).
  • Heat a pan and drizzle some ghee.
  • Add the sliced makhana in the pan and sauté for few minutes till it turns crisp.
  • Add the spice powders.
  • Mix until the spices spread uniformly on the makhana.
  • Serve warm or store in airtight container.
