Ingredients

  • 1 cup Cauliflower florets
  • 1 medium Carrot, chopped
  • 1 Tomato, chopped
  • 1 tbsp oil
  • 1 cup My little moppet's wheat noodles, boiled
  • 1/2 tsp Pepper
  • 1 tbsp Butter
  • Chopped Coriander leaves for garnish

Instructions

  • Heat oil in a pan and add cauliflower, carrot, and tomato.
  • Add pepper and saute for 2 minutes.
  • Transfer the cooked vegetables to a blender and blend into a smooth puree. In the same pan, melt butter. Add the vegetable puree and mix well.
  • Cook for a minute or two, mixing everything well.
  • Garnish with chopped coriander leaves and serve.
