Ingredients:
- Wheat – 3 tablespoon
- Raw kerala banana powder – 1.5 tablespoon
- Curd – 1 tablespoon
- Onion (chopped) – 2 tsp
- Bell pepper (chopped) – 1 tsp
- Carrot (chopped) – 2 tsp
- Coriander (chopped)- 1 tsp
- Salt – a pinch

Method:
1. In a bowl, mix wheat and raw kerala banana powder.
2. Add salt and mix well.
3. Add curd and whisk.
4. Add water till desired consistency is obtained.
5. Cover for 5 minutes.

7. Heat dosa pan and take one ladle of batter to make dosa.
