- Sago- 1 cup
- Rava- 1/2 cup
- Rice flour – 1/2 cup

- Curd -3/4 cup
- Green chili -1

Method
1. Soak sago in water for 4-5 hours or overnight.
2. In a large mixing bowl add soaked sago, rice flour, rava, curd and salt.
3. Mix Well
4. Add more water if its required.
5. Add the veggies to the batter and mix well.
6. Heat the Dosa Tawa.
7. Take one laddle of batter to make dosa
8. Drizzle ghee and flip when golden brown and cook well on both sides.
