HI Dr Hema,
You are doing a great job. Many new mothers like me rely on your receipts.. Kudos.
Few clarifications..
Can I try this for my 8 months baby? Should I follow the three day rule for this too?
I have introduced banana and apple to her already but oatmeal I’m yet to introduce..
Also can you please mention the measure of oatmeal in grams? And is vanilla extract must for this recipe?
I don’t have it and I think it will be store bought and may have preservatives too.. Is that ok for a 8 months baby?
Please advice.
Dr Hemapriya says
Hi Priya,
Thanks a lot for the appreciation 🙂 While introducing give little and then gradually increase the quantity if it has new ingredients. You can skip vanilla if required. You can add 200 grams of powdered oats and 50 grams of oats. It’s completely fine if the store bought oats is natural with no preservatives 🙂
