Tri Color Mini Idli Recipe for kids gives a patriotic touch to the normal idlis. It is also healthy and yummy as we have added spinach and carrot to the batter. The tri color resembles our national flag and it gives us the best opportunity to speak and explain to the kid about the significance of our national flag and the freedom fight. Most of the kids avoid spinach and camouflaging it in dough would make it easy for the kid to accept it easily.
