Sooji/Rava Dates Balls [No Sugar Sweet Recipe]
Ingredients:
- Ghee – 4 tbsp
- Rava – 1 cup
- Grated Coconut – 4 tbsp
- Milk – 500 ml
- Dry Fruits powder – 4 tbsp
- Dry dates powder – 1 cup
- Cardamom powder – a pinch

Method:
1. Heat 3 tbsp of ghee in a pan.
2. Add rava and saute till you get the nice aroma 🙂
3. Add grated coconut and saute for a minute.
4. Add boiled milk to the roasted rava.
5. Stir continuously till it becomes thick and non-sticky.
6. Add dry dates powder and dry fruits powder.
7. On a low flame, mix well without lumps.
8. Add 1 tbsp of ghee and mix well.
9. Add cardamom powder.
10. Mix well to form a dough.
11. Grease ghee in hands.
12. Take a pinch of dough and roll into ball. Do the same with the rest of the dough.
13. Yummy no sugar rava dates balls are ready.

I followed all the steps but ladoos turned out very bad. Also,as milk is one of the ingredients so they didn’t even last for 2 days. Not at all happy with this recipe. Spo
