Both red lentil and bottle gourd are nutritious and make a healthy addition to a baby’s diet after 7 months of age in the form of soup, purees and porridges. Here I have made a creamy delicious red lentil bottle gourd soup using both of them. This soup serves as a comforting baby food. Make sure you introduce all the ingredients to the baby separately before feeding this soup.
