How to make Rajma Sandwich for Kids?
Ingredients
- 1/2 cup boiled rajma
- 1 small onion finely chopped
- 1/2 green capsicum finely chopped
- 1/2 red bellpepper finely chopped
- 1 tsp chaat masala
- 1/2 tsp garam masala
- 1/2 tsp coriander powder
- Salt to taste
- Bread slices as required
- Oil for frying
Method
1. Combine all the ingredients, excluding the bread slices, to prepare this delightful rajma sandwich recipe for kids.
2. Gently trim the corners of the bread slices and lightly moisten them with water. This step is essential for preparing the perfect texture for your rajma sandwich in this kid-friendly recipe.
3. Take a small portion of the prepared mixture and spread it evenly on a bread slice. This step adds the flavorful rajma filling to your rajma sandwich, making it even more delicious.
4. Place another moistened bread slice on top of the mixture-covered slice, effectively creating a sandwich. This step ensures that the Rajma filling is enclosed between the bread slices, forming a tasty and satisfying rajma sandwich.

Ingredients
- 1/2 cup boiled rajma

Instructions
- Mix all the ingredients except bread slices.
- Cut the corners of bread and wet it with water slightly.
- Put a little mixture on the bread slice.
- Cover with another wet slice of bread.
- Press the slices together,so that the filling does not comes out.
- Prepare the other sandwiches like this.
- Either deep fry or shallow fry them or roast them in a tawa.
- Serve with dip of your choice.

Wet the corners or the whole slice? Sorry for asking. I am planning the week ahead in the weekend.

That’s a good question. The corners has to be wet, so that it stick with the other slice and the filling doesn’t come out.
