I tried this… should I bake until the biscuits are all crispy? I put them for 12 mins and After cooling them down, the biscuits are soft on inside and crispy on outside. Are these right??
Dr Hemapriya says
Hi Priyanka,
Yes the method is perfect. Once the cookies are baked, they will be soft and when you keep it for cooling in air it gets crispy outside but soft inside. And if your child is happy with this texture continue to do so 😊. But for crispy texture, you have to bake few extra minutes or for chewy bake few minutes less and allow it to cool down.

i have an OTG, how do i bake in that?
pr says
Hi,
The same as Microwave setting dear. Check after 10 minutes whether it is cooked or not and proceed accordingly. Try preparing in small batch as a trial for perfect temperature and timing (Please pre-heat and cook as mentioned).
Amruta says
Ui don’t have oven what to use instead?
pr says
Hi Amruta,
You can also make cookies using pressure cooker. Take a pressure cooker and spread a layer of sand (1 inch approximately) Pre heat it for 10 minutes after placing a stand to raise height. Grease an aluminum cooker container or any aluminum tin, place the cookies on it leaving enough space between the cookies. Bake for 15 minutes in low flame (without whistle and gasket) switch off the cooker when the bottom of the cookies become brown. Leave for 5 minutes and then remove the cookies gently and place it on a wire rack to cool.
