Pumpkin Sooji Fingers for Babies and Kids
Ingredients:
- Pumpkin – 1 slice
- Rava/Sooji – 1/2 cup
- Rice flour- 1 tbsp
- Corn flour – 1 tbsp
Method:
1. Peel the skin of the pumpkin piece.
2. Slice the pieces horizontally into fingers (pieces has to be in the size which is suitable for the baby to hold and eat).
3. Add corn flour and rice flour in a bowl.
4. Add water and mix well.
5. Take a pan and heat oil for frying.
6. Take pumpkin fingers and dip it in the flour mixture
7. Then coat with rava.
8. Shallow fry until it becomes golden brown
9. Crispy pumpkin sooji fingers is now ready to serve.
You can try the same recipe with carrots, beetroots or potatoes instead of pumpkin. Pumpkin is high in vitamin A & C, which are immunity boosting nutrients.
