Oats Pumpkin Porridge for Babies
Ingredients:
- Oats (Little Moppet Foods’ organic oats or natural oats of any authentic brand) – 1/2 cup
- Ghee – 1tsp
- Pumpkin – 1 piece
- Cinnamon powder – 1/4 tsp

Method:
1. Peel and deseed the pumpkin.
2. Chop into cubes.
3. Steam cook for 2-3 whistles.
4. Mash using a masher.
5. Pumpkin puree is ready.
6. Heat ghee in pan.
7. Add oats and saute.
8. Add water and let it cook.
9. Oats porridge is ready.
10. Add 2 table spoon of pureed pumpkin in the oats porridge and mix well.
11. Add a pinch of cinnamon and serve warm.
Oats Pumpkin Porridge can be introduced to babies after 6 Months. Both the ingredients have to be introduced separately first and then this recipe can be given to babies.
