Hi. Loved your fried rice recipe. But won’t the soya sauce harm them?
What other rice instead of white rice can I use to make fried rice
Dr Hemapriya says
Ideally you must give the rice that the family is eating. You could try with that rice too. The idea behind adding a bit of soya sauce is for flavor, so that kids love home food too.

Hi
Can we give this for eleven month old baby? Cox I ve seen this menu in 11 month food chart.
Dr Hemapriya says
Best to give once the baby is 1 year or above, as we are adding salt and soya sauce too. Also ensure that you offer very little portion only for the first time.
