Ingredients:
- Saffron – 5 strands
- Curd – 3/4 cup
- Jaggery – 2 tsp
- Cardamom powder – 1/4 tsp

Method:
1. Soak kesar in water for 5 minutes.
2. Add curd, jaggery, kesar, cardamom powder in blender and blend well
3. Serve cool or warm.
