1. Mix the ingredients except ghee in a bowl.
2. Add melted ghee slowly to the dry mix.
3. Mix everything with your fingers to make a dough that’s wet enough to bind together.
4. Pinch out a bit of dough and roll to make a small ball – about the size of a marble.
5. Make more balls of the same size till all the dough is used up.
6. Store the balls in an air tight container. The balls remain good at room temperature for 10 days.

Is there any way to prepare dry ginger powder at home.. I opt for home made than store bought… So if u can let me know how I can prepare dry ginger powder with fresh ginger at home .. ll b very grateful for u… Thanks
pr says
Hi Meena,
Making Dry Ginger powder is a simple recipe dear, take fresh ginger and soak it for 3-4 minutes and then wash nicely under running water to remove the dirt completely. 2. Cut the ginger into small pieces but make sure when you are cutting them they should be thinly sliced or chopped. It helps in speeding up the drying process. 3. Sundry/ fan dry the thinly cut pieces but make sure it is completely dry.4. After drying the ginger pieces you can dry mixer or food processor to grind the ginger into a fine powder. Make sure you sieve the powder and let the powder cool to room temperature before storing it an airtight box.
