Make sure your baby gets all the protein she needs the healthy way – with a homemade, preservative-free protein powder for babies and toddlers.
Protein is essential for babies. It’s one of the most important factors in growth and maintenance of the body, not just physically but mentally too. And when you consider the rate at which babies and toddlers grow, the need for protein is all the more crucial.
The best way to get sufficient protein is by including protein rich foods in the diet. However, with very young children, this can be difficult, especially if you follow a vegetarian or vegan diet at home. The next option is protein supplements which are easily available online and in stores. But these come at a cost – the cost of your health. Such supplements are not suitable for children, and even if they are, they’re usually loaded with preservatives, added flavors and sugar.
But you don’t need to compromise – not when we’ve got the perfect solution for you! Here is a protein powder recipe that’ll take care of all your baby’s protein needs, without any preservatives or chemicals.
