Fresh Fruit Popsicles
Ingredients:
- 1 cup coconut water
- 3-4 fresh strawberries
- 2 kiwi fruits
Method:
1. Wash and hull the strawberries to create thin slices. Similarly, wash and peel the kiwi fruit, then slice it into thin, round pieces.
2. Gently place the prepared fruit slices into the Popsicle molds, arranging them in a visually appealing manner. Ensure the molds are filled snugly but leaving enough space for the popsicle sticks to be inserted. This will not only create a delightful presentation but also ensure an even distribution of the fruit throughout the frozen treat.
3. Add coconut water to cover the fruit in each mold. Freeze after securing the popsicle sticks.
4. Insert the Popsicle sticks and freeze for 2-3 hours until solid. Enjoy your delicious frozen treats!
5. To effortlessly remove the popsicles from their molds, simply run the Popsicle molds under warm water. The gentle heat will help loosen the frozen treats, allowing them to easily slide out. Now, savor the delightful fruit-filled popsicles and beat the heat in style!
You can mix and match your favourite berries with either lemonade or orange juice or pineapple juice and create different versions of fresh fruit Popsicles. The best part – there’s absolutely no cooking involved! These 3-ingredient ice pops are the perfect treat for little ones who are prone to grab ice creams filled with calories and artificial colors and they’re also the perfect Holi treat for both kids and adults alike !
