Made this for my 13 month old granddaughter as an evening snack( post lunch pre dinner).Instead of deep frying, just added a spoon ful of sprouted sattumavu mix, pinch of jeera powder, pinch of salt to the potato fingers & sautéed in 1 tsp of ghee.
Came out pretty good.
