Before trying the eggless whole wheat carrot cake recipe, I was hesitant about replacing the eggs. However, I decided to give it a go with a combination of whole wheat flour, baking powder, and baking soda. To my delight, the cake turned out moist and flavorful, and my son absolutely loved it. I’m excited to make it again before the winter ends and the juicy carrot season comes to a close.

7. The batter should be of dropping consistency. Add milk to adjust the consistency.
8. Pour it in a greased tin and bake in a preheated oven for about 40 minutes.
Always check in between because the heating varies from oven to oven.
