Easy Pav Bhaji Recipe for Kids
Ingredients:
- 4-5 potatoes
- 2 carrots
- 1 bottle guard
- 9-10 beans
- 1 capsicum
- 3-4 small aubergine
- A small piece of beetroot
Method:
1.To kickstart the preparation of the pav bhaji recipe, give the vegetables a good wash, peel them, and roughly chop them.
2. Next, add the chopped vegetables to a pressure cooker along with a glass of water and salt to taste. Allow them to cook for up to 4 whistles as part of the pav bhaji recipe.

Tempering:
- 3 onions, chopped

4. Now add the vegetable puree and mix well. Let it simmer on a low flame for 15-20 minutes. Squeeze lemon juice over the bhaji.
