Hi Dr.Hema
My baby is 15month old and. Now a days he became fussy eater.
He don’t even like to drink milk
Can you please suggest what can I do to fill his tummy especially before bedtime.i tried chocolate shake also but no use
Dr Hemapriya says
Little ones want to test our creative side and hence often we have to experiment with what we cook and how we serve them the food. Most important is also that you don’t make food time a tough session for yourself or baby else they can develop a distaste for eating. Serve them a well laid plate with variety and dismiss form the scene, most babies enjoy to eat when they don’t get too much attention. https://www.mylittlemoppet.com/indian-toddler-food-chart-with-recipes-2/ Here are some recipes that could be of help.
