Aloo Matar Paratha Recipe
Ingredients
- 2 boiled mashed potatoes
- Salt to taste
- 1 tsp coriander powder
- 1 tsp garam masala
- 1/4 cup boiled peas
- Red chilly powder optional
- 1 tbsp chopped coriander leaves
- 1/2 tsp dry mango powder/amchoor
- 1/4 tsp dry pomegranate powder/anaar dana
- Whole wheat dough (Make it more nutritious by adding some Sprouted Ragi Powder to the dough)
- Ghee for cooking the parantha
Method
- In a bowl mix potatoes,salt, garam masala,coriander powder, dry mango powder,dry pomegranate powder,red chilly powder,coriander leaves.
- Take a portion of dough.
- Roll it into chapati
- Put the potato filling in it.
- Cover it from all the sides.
- Put boiled peas on it.
- Roll it again into a parantha.
- Cook the paratha on a hot tawa with ghee.
- Serve with curd or butter.
