We know that most kids are fans of instant noodles. Some of them love it to such an extent that they can have it almost daily! But what makes many Moms like me worry about is the processed refined flour noodles and the MSG (Monosodium Glutamate- a flavor enhancer) and preservatives present in the taste maker (masala powder). Even if we use organic whole wheat or multigrain noodles, the concern associated with the taste maker still remains. That’s what got me thinking – what if we could make noodles masala at home? The result is here today – an easy homemade DIY noodles masala recipe for kids!
