Chocolate Muesli
Ingredients
- 100 gms almonds, sliced
- 50 gms walnuts, chopped
- 30 gms flax seeds
- 50 gms dates, deseeded and chopped
- 50 gms black currants
- 600 gms rolled oats
- 250 ml honey
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 100 gms dark cocoa powder
Method
1. To begin making chocolate muesli recipe, take a large pan and combine the sunflower seeds, flax seeds, and almonds. Toast them over a medium flame until the flax seeds stop popping. Once done, remove the pan from heat and set it aside to cool.
2. In the same pan used for the sunflower seeds, flax seeds, and almonds, pour the oats and toast them over medium heat until they turn light brown and emit a nutty aroma. This step is crucial for enhancing the flavors in our chocolate muesli recipe.
3. Add the dates, raisins, and the nut-seed mix into the oats. Mix all the ingredients together thoroughly, ensuring they are well combined. This will create a flavorful and nutritious mixture for your chocolate muesli.
4. Drizzle honey and add vanilla extract to the chocolate muesli mixture. Mix until the dry ingredients are evenly coated, resulting in a delicious combination. The mixture may still be crumbly, adding to its appeal.
5. Once the heat is turned off, sprinkle cocoa powder all over the oats, honey, and dried fruit mixture. Turn it over to coat all the ingredients with cocoa, infusing our chocolate muesli recipe with a rich chocolate flavor.

- 5.Turn off the heat and sprinkle cocoa powder all over the oats-honey-dry fruit mixture and turn it over to coat all the ingredients with cocoa.
- 6.Allow to cool, then store in airtight containers. Serve with cold milk.

It depends upon you and your child. If your toddler likes to eat it then you can increase the quantity of the food. 2-3 tablespoon is enough for your child.

My son will complete 16th month on this 27th. Can I follow this chart completely??? And I have not yet started giving him out milk as he can’t digest. ( if given little as 3/4 tbsp his motion becomes watery ) so still on breastfeeding for milk…
