Black Urad Dal Rice Porridge Powder
Ingredients:
- Black urad dal – 4 Tbsp
- Rice – 2 Tbsp
- Fenugreek seeds (Optional) – 1/2 tsp

1. Dry Roast Black urad dal.
2. Dry Roast Rice.
3. Dry roast fenugreek seeds.
4. Let it cool.
5. Transfer into a grinding jar.
6. Grind well into fine powder.
NOTE: You can sieve the powder to get a finer texture.
7. Black urad dal rice porridge powder can be stored in an airtight container for 2-3 Months.
