Many of us are familiar with that popular ad phrase “Sunday ho ya Monday, roz khao ande!” Apart from being very catchy, this phrase also makes a lot of sense, considering how nutritious eggs are! Eggs are an excellent source of protein and can be included in your baby’s diet after 8 months of age.
We usually start out with egg yolks, which aid in weight gain and are rich in Vitamin A, B12, and D. These nutrients are essential for a growing baby’s health and development. However, it’s important to note that egg whites can trigger allergies in babies and are recommended for babies above 1 year. Always consult with your pediatrician before introducing eggs to your little one’s diet to ensure it’s safe for them.

Hi Gayathri,
Thanks dear, I really appreciate your try. This banana omelette recipe calls for use of only egg yolk , no white part. If your banana is not ripe or over ripe, you need to puree it , before adding egg yolk to it. Make sure you do not add any water or egg white while making the omelette. If the omelette is over spread , then also there are chances of omelette getting crumbled. Whisk the mix well. The gas flame has to be medium while cooking the omelette and the omelette batter has to be poured on a heated skillet and not on a cool one.
Rule out all these possibilities and try making them again. Hope it works for you now. Happy cooking !
