Jowar Dosa Recipe or Sorghum Pancake
Ingredients
- 2 cups of dosa batter
- Jowar 1 cup
Method
1. Soak jowar for half an hour and rinse well in running water.
2. Blend the soaked jowar in a grinder with a little water, till you get a consistency like idli batter.
3. Mix the dosa batter and the jowar batter.
4. Drizzle a tawa with ghee and spread the batter in a circle like you would a dosa.
5. Cook on both sides and serve with a chutney of your choice.

Yes Jowar flour can also be used,you can add in the same proportion as indicated in the recipe, you can keep aside for 20 minutes

You can use jowar flour too, but grinding fresh jowar gives a different taste than the flour, you can add rice : Jowar in 2: 1 ratio
