Instead of the same old wheat paratha, you can try this different besan paratha recipe or gramflour roti recipe.
It combines the goodness of besan flour and masalas.
Besan Paratha can be also given as lunch box food or as breakfast or dinner.

Ingredients
- Whole wheat dough
- 2 tbsp besan
- 1/2 chopped onion
- Salt to taste
- 1 tsp coriander powder
- 1 tbsp chopped coriander
- 1 tsp garam masala
- 1 tsp carrom seeds
- 3-4 tsp oil
- Ghee to cook the parantha
Method
- Mix all the ingredients except ghee and oil.
- Knead a dough of this besan mixture with oil.
- Do not add water.
- Take a small portion of whole wheat dough.
- Roll it into a chapati.
- Use besan dough as filling.
- And make parantha out if it.
- Cook on a tawa with ghee.
- Serve with butter or curd.
