Hi,
We shouldn’t add milk before one year for baby right. Then what’s the optional for milk.
pr says
Hi Suganya,
Breast milk and formula milk can be given to babies till 1 year of age. After that cow’s milk can be gradually introduced dear. So, as of now formula milk can be the alternative. And do follow 3 day rule, It’s better to give walnuts after introducing other nut powders individually. It’s better to try this recipe once baby completes 8 months (avoid honey till baby becomes 1)

Hi Hema,
Wondering if the milk need to be boiled milk for the smoothies??
Dr Hemapriya says
We should ideally boil the milk and then cool it before adding to the milk shake or smoothies dear.
Vrutika says
Hi doc can I give this to my 7.5 month baby?
Dr Hemapriya says
Hi, you can give it with formula milk and for walnuts Being a tree nut, it also poses an allergy risk, but can be given after following the 3 day rule. Walnuts can get rancid faster than other nuts, so exercise caution when feeding them to your baby. It’s advisable to start walnuts after your baby is used to the other nuts. And best to try them once baby completes 8 months and has tested other nuts.

Thanks for the recipes – this and the other milkshake recipes sound like a great idea! And I have one question for you – If I give this drink to school, would it be fine? I want to make sure if I make this at am in the morning, it would not spoil by the time my son drinks it around 3 or 4 pm. I would prefer if they do not refrigerate it at school as my son does not like cold stuff so much! And I will be making it fresh in the morning but do I need to package it a certain way so it does not spoil.
Please let me know your thoughts or any ides you have on this.

Dear Ramya,
I don’t think it will be good in the evening if prepared in morning
