This wholesome homemade crispy veggie nuggets recipe for kids, will steal the heart of every kid and adults in your family! Homemade Crispy Veggie Nuggets Recipe for Kids
Ingredients:
- Cabbage – 1 1/2 cup
- Carrot – 1 cup
- Beans – 1 cup
- Corn flour – 2 tbsp
- Ginger garlic paste – 1 tsp
- Wheat flour – 1 tbsp
- Whole wheat rusk crumbs
- Tomato sauce – 1tbsp
- Paprika – 1 tsp
- Salt – as required
Method:
1. Add all the veggies in the blender and grind well.
2. In a large bowl, add the veggie mixture.
3. Add wheat rusk crumbs, ginger garlic paste, paprika, sauce, salt and mix well.
4. Add water in the corn flour and mix well to form a paste.
5. Roll the veggie dough on desired shapes.
6. Dip in the corn flour mixture.
7. Coat with whole wheat rusk crumbs.
8. Optional: freeze for half an hour before frying.
9. Shallow fry or deep fry until golden brown on both sides.
