This recipe features oats and curd, and is a protein rich meal idea for babies above 6 months. main ingredient. Oats is rich in carbohydrates, fiber and protein. Curd Oats Khichdi for Babies
Ingredients:
- Curd – 4 Tbsp
- Organic Oatmeal Powder – 2 Tbsp
- Grated Carrot – 1 Tbsp
- Ghee – 1 Tbsp
- Cumin Seeds – A Pinch

Method:
1. In a Pan, Add 1/2 cup of water.
2. Add oatmeal powder to it.
3. Stir well without lumps.
4. Cook on medium heat, until the porridge thickens.
5. Keep the porridge aside
6. Heat ghee in a small wok.
7. Add cumin seeds.
8. Let it splutter.
9. Add grated carrot.
10. Let it cook for 2-3 minutes
11. In oats Porridge, add curd and the carrot mixture
12. Mix well.
13. Yummy Curd oats khichdi is ready to be served!
