Dr Hemapriya says
Personally Harshita, I don’t restrain my kids or advice anyone to stop any food completely during cold. The quantity can be reduced or you can give it during day, but avoiding it all together is not a great option. In case of stomach upset, avoid all foods that are tough to digest, give easy food and if baby is above 6 months give water and fiber food. Always stick to small portions of food and I am sure you will do great as a new mom. Cheers
