Homemade Recipe Of Rice Powder for baby
Ingredients for Rice Powder:
- 1 cup organic brown rice
Method:
-
Thoroughly rinse the organic brown rice under cool running water until the water runs clear.
- Spread rinsed rice on a clean surface to air dry completely, ensuring no moisture remains for optimal texture in the final rice powder.
- Roast dried rice in a dry pan on low heat, stirring constantly for nutty flavor and extended shelf life.
- Roast rice until golden brown and aromatic, 8-10 minutes, avoiding burning.
- Cool the roasted rice completely to prevent clumping, transferring it to a plate or wide bowl for faster cooling.
- Grind cooled roasted rice in batches in a blender or food processor until smooth and powdery.
- Sieve the ground rice powder to remove coarse particles, collecting the fine powder for a silky smooth texture.
- Store the rice powder in a cool, dry, airtight container away from sunlight, labeling with the preparation date for tracking shelf life.

Hi, interesting video, thanx for sharing. But I would like to know when we roast the rice, for how long and how we know it is ready to turn off the stove, is it ok if the rice is not fully roasted? how do we ensure is not over roasted till burnt
pr says
Hi Diana,
Yes we need to roast the rice. And you have to roast the rice, it becomes partially puffy. You have to constantly stir the rice so that it doesn’t get burned by roasting or by keeping it in one place.
