Any other alternative for sugar because my baby is 7 month and can’t use sugar
pr says
Hi Neelam,
Once your baby turns 8 months you can add dry dates powder, dry fruits powder into it. But for now you can only add fruit puree or vegetable puree to get natural sweetness in your child’s food. Apart from purees, you can also add ghee.
