Every winter my 4-year-old daughter gets dry skin patches behind her knees. Not sure if it’s eczema or not but foderma serum takes care of them and works wonders. The very next day, the red, dry patches are gone. We now use foderma daily, especially after bath time. Highly recommend.

Have you tried oiling the baby every night and morning. You could try with coconut oil. IF there is not much change in 3-5 days then meeting a skin doctor could help. Also baby should take a lot of water intake.
